“So I pull off exit 19 off the northway, while the front of my car is smoking as I pull over I'm talking to my son he says I wouldn't make it home go to this garage down the road. I proceed down the road apparently pass the garage he wanted me to stop at. I'm stressed and uncertain in this high traffic area as I drive a little further I turned down this side road to turn around. I pull in the parking lot look up and see in yellow and black Auto fix car care center. I go inside and speak with the manager on duty, asking if someone could look at my car it had been leaking coolant and smoking. I noticed they were very busy the manager at the counter mentioned as soon as one of his guys is done with the job he's working on he will look at my car for me. I decided to wait and have them look at it and give me a price and time it could be done. They took my car in found the problem show me what was wrong, they proceeded to fix my car and have it done. I was in and out in approximately 3 hours or less and on my way. The way they politely assured me they could fit me in, gave me a price I could afford. As I was talking to my son about the events of the day, I mentioned coming up on the shop accidentally I mentioned they all looked middle aged and it comforted me to
feel they were experienced mechanics.

“First time I have ever been to RNR as I was not familiar with them, but being a Saturday and needing to get something done ASAP, I decided to give them a shot. I walked in when they opened, explained to them what was going on and what I wanted them to do. They got me right in and took care of me immediately. The tech brought me back and showed me what he found and explained what he was going to do to correct the issue. They just won a new customer, I will most definitely return in the future. Very friendly staff.”

“Was in here yesterday to just grab a quick oil change and inspection. Quick it was! Super friendly staff and I actually thought the older fellow at the front desk was the owner because of how attentive he was to customers walking in; he was making a point to say each customer's first name when talking to them. The other desk fellow was also friendly, as well as the tech he inspected my car.
I actually went to Jiffy (I usually get my inspections there) right before Steve's and when the wait was over 2 hours, I drove across the street to Steve Shannon's. Will be going there in the future!”
