“Was out for the weekend with my wife for her birthday, the serpentine belt broke on our car, here we were stuck in Glens Falls, on one of the worst weather days (Snowing and blowing). And were from the Watertown area,Called to see if they could fix it. Roy said he had some cancellations and if I could get it there they would check it. Like I said it was very nasty outside, 03/23/2024. So after a 4 hour wait for a towtruck, finally got it there.but because it was so nasty out part parts people were not delivering. Roy was very professional and helpful, although nothing could be done that day ,Roy said if he could get the part tomorrow (Sunday). He would get it fixed so we could make our almost 4 hour journey back home. Once again the parts store would not deliver, so Roy took it upon himself to go get the part needed. Arrived from the Hotel we were forced to stay at and with in an hour we were on our way. Thank you so much to Roy and his guys for getting this done for us.well above and beyond.
