However, the owner Paul went above and beyond with small paint chip on my 2021 Honda Civic hood. Not only he freshly re-painted the entire hood, he took care of any chips and damages around entire body of the car. In addition to the paint work, he cleaned under the hood around the engine bay including the body detail after.

I would highly recommend for any body work. Paul and his team will not disappoint you, I guarantee it!”

“I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. When I dropped off my car, they immediately offered to drive me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to spend all morning waiting on a shuttle—such a thoughtful gesture and a great way to start the process.

My family have been customers of Star Car for years, but my most recent experience prompted me to write this review.

After a recent accident, my dad’s car was towed to a different auto body shop in the area. Upon “inspection” that shop determined that the vehicle should be totaled. We contacted Bobby at Star Car, who had the vehicle towed to his shop the following day for a second opinion.

Bobby determined that the vehicle was not totaled and was able to repair my Dad’s car cost effectively. Not only did he repair the vehicle, while he was driving the car to realign it, he noticed that the breaks were pulling and took it upon himself to further inspect it. He determined that both caliber’s on the front wheels were frozen and repaired them, making the vehicle completely safe.

All this to say, Bobby and the entire staff at Star Car consistently go above and beyond. I’ve always been happy with their work, but this time especially, it’s clear that their priority is with the customer, ensuring your vehicle is repaired safely and properly.

“I spent nearly $10k on repairs and this dealership originally fixed everything to satisfaction. They provided a loaner car and even a rental car during the lengthy repair. Unfortunately a new problem occurred under their care, however Audi of Huntington took the proper responsibility for it after I got the vehicle back once it was disclosed and fixed it without charging me extra money. Overall this dealership does honor their work and is a safe place to bring your car for repairs. Mark(the head manager) contacted me to make things right. I explained the new issue and he agreed on the repair w/o argument. The replacement part was difficult to obtain coming from out of the Country but they still managed to get it within a few weeks. He allowed me to schedule the repair as soon as this part arrived. Jeanine was my service agent and from start to finish she demonstrated excellent communication and does her best to eliminate any concerns the avg. customer may have. In general she is a pleasant person to communicate with. I Thank you both for taking care of everything.”

“I came in contact with this shop when my battery died and called AAA. Mustafa, the person who came to my rescue, was extremely nice and caring. He even followed me to AutoZone to make sure I didn’t have complications. My only complaint is with AAA. They send you location of road assistance driver which is totally inaccurate. For 20 minutes, the map kept showing (Mustafa) at a standstill position, without updating. Then after 20 minutes, it did update and showed the AAA vehicle almost at the same location as before—when in reality, the truck was pulling up to my location. But I guess an inaccurate map location is better than waiting 24 hours for roadside assistance. Someone I know in Florida, got stuck at 9pm and spent 6 hrs calling and waiting for AAA. Finally at 3am, he left the car behind. AAA showed up at 9am. They said, they couldn’t find anyone to assist. Yup, that’s Floriduh!”

“I have been going there since I first got my license in 2018 and they have been servicing my tire needs since then. Whenever you need a tire replaced or changed, they have it all. If your like me and need cheaper tire instead of buying from Mavis Discount tires, then this is the spot to go. They're super quick and super easy to deal with. “Overall, a pleasant experience. Initially, I had gone to the A.P. vendor that I had been accustomed to going to for the last 2 years. I was looking for specific products for the best price. I was going to order the products on Amazon during Prime days, which would have worked out quite well for one product (Chemical Guys Hard Water Spot Remover), but I figured that the water spots would be able to be completely compounded out. It didn't even attempt to address the problem. So, I was going to go to Walmart, because the website stated that they carried both products the I was looking for, (Chemical Guys Hard Water Spot Remover) and a water repellent.
I really didn't feel like driving nearly 20 miles (there and back) so I tried the A.P. that I usually go to. Well their website in that location stated that the had everything that I wanted to purchase in stock. This location only 5+ miles from home. So I get there and I cannot find the (Chemical Guys Hard Water Spot Remover). Needless to say that I was a tad miffed. I knew that Advanced Auto Parts was just about 1 or so miles up the road, so I head over there. They had everything that I needed for the same price.
I was quite pleased with the purchase, the organization of the products, easy to find and the young woman who checked me out was polite and pleasant.
I may just switch my primary A.P. vendor going forward.”

“Came in with no coolant in my car. Wasn't sure what the issue was (having it checked today), but I needed some help adding the coolant and trying to look for any leaks. The first gentleman who helped me behind the counter, Lawrence, was very helpful and personable. The second gentleman, Manny, came outside with me and helped me add the coolant and look over the engine. He also shared some of his wisdom with situations like this. I really appreciated both of them taking the time to help me out and going even further in explaining certain aspects of my car's coolant system and what to look out for. The manager was also very courteous and professional. The store is clean and had everything I needed. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you all!”
