“I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. When I dropped off my car, they immediately offered to drive me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to spend all morning waiting on a shuttle—such a thoughtful gesture and a great way to start the process.
Throughout the repair, they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. The quality of their work is outstanding; you truly can’t tell anything ever happened to my car. On top of that, they even washed it before pickup, which was such a nice surprise.

My family have been customers of Star Car for years, but my most recent experience prompted me to write this review.
After a recent accident, my dad’s car was towed to a different auto body shop in the area. Upon “inspection” that shop determined that the vehicle should be totaled. We contacted Bobby at Star Car, who had the vehicle towed to his shop the following day for a second opinion.
Bobby determined that the vehicle was not totaled and was able to repair my Dad’s car cost effectively. Not only did he repair the vehicle, while he was driving the car to realign it, he noticed that the breaks were pulling and took it upon himself to further inspect it. He determined that both caliber’s on the front wheels were frozen and repaired them, making the vehicle completely safe.
All this to say, Bobby and the entire staff at Star Car consistently go above and beyond. I’ve always been happy with their work, but this time especially, it’s clear that their priority is with the customer, ensuring your vehicle is repaired safely and properly.

“I spent nearly $10k on repairs and this dealership originally fixed everything to satisfaction. They provided a loaner car and even a rental car during the lengthy repair. Unfortunately a new problem occurred under their care, however Audi of Huntington took the proper responsibility for it after I got the vehicle back once it was disclosed and fixed it without charging me extra money. Overall this dealership does honor their work and is a safe place to bring your car for repairs. Mark(the head manager) contacted me to make things right. I explained the new issue and he agreed on the repair w/o argument. The replacement part was difficult to obtain coming from out of the Country but they still managed to get it within a few weeks. He allowed me to schedule the repair as soon as this part arrived. Jeanine was my service agent and from start to finish she demonstrated excellent communication and does her best to eliminate any concerns the avg. customer may have. In general she is a pleasant person to communicate with. I Thank you both for taking care of everything.”
“I came in contact with this shop when my battery died and called AAA. Mustafa, the person who came to my rescue, was extremely nice and caring. He even followed me to AutoZone to make sure I didn’t have complications. My only complaint is with AAA. They send you location of road assistance driver which is totally inaccurate. For 20 minutes, the map kept showing (Mustafa) at a standstill position, without updating. Then after 20 minutes, it did update and showed the AAA vehicle almost at the same location as before—when in reality, the truck was pulling up to my location. But I guess an inaccurate map location is better than waiting 24 hours for roadside assistance. Someone I know in Florida, got stuck at 9pm and spent 6 hrs calling and waiting for AAA. Finally at 3am, he left the car behind. AAA showed up at 9am. They said, they couldn’t find anyone to assist. Yup, that’s Floriduh!”

“I went into this location to buy 20 weight motor oil for my Subaru Outback. I am not too good when it comes to buying car items like this so I started to walk to the counter where Savannah behind the counter waved me over eager to help me. She was such a delightful young woman who taught me a whole lot about motor oil. We started chatting and she was very engaging and couldn’t have been sweeter and more pleasant. I was actually having a bit of a rough day not being able to get my errands accomplished today so it was a major plus meeting with Savannah to make my unpleasant day very enjoyable!! “For any body services, you would expect what you paid for.
However, the owner Paul went above and beyond with small paint chip on my 2021 Honda Civic hood. Not only he freshly re-painted the entire hood, he took care of any chips and damages around entire body of the car. In addition to the paint work, he cleaned under the hood around the engine bay including the body detail after.
I would highly recommend for any body work. Paul and his team will not disappoint you, I guarantee it!”
