“So. My 2020 F150 had some serious electrical issues. It was so bad that I couldn't drive the truck because the drivers seat would move on it's own while I was driving. The service center took me in quickly as an emergency situation. I was grateful because i use it for so many situations where I couldn't use a regular car. The guys worked on my truck for 15 days going through all of the electrical system. Had to remove so many panels to get to it all but they didn't give up. They reached out to me through the process and were able to figure it out thankfully. I'm not sure of the name of the mechanic that was given the task but I appreciate him working so hard on my truck”

“Great service dept. I didn't buy my vehicle from them but it was a certified pre-owned Chrysler. Was having trouble with the transmission. They diagnosed it and replaced it free of charge (just paid a $100 deductible) under the warranty. From the time I first called them I told the time I got my vehicle back was under 3 weeks and part of that time included Christmas and New Year's. The staff was responsive and the service manager was easy to get in touch with. He communicated clearly through the process and returned calls promptly.”
