“A good experience all round. The staff, in particular Ava and Matt were very helpful with giving us directions and route suggestions. The car was perfectly good enough for our needs and the pick up and drop offs were very helpful. We weren't pressured into taking on extras and the billing was as per the online order. Overall, I would recommend Enterprise in Huntington and hope to come back. Although we are based in the UK, I used the US website, not the UK one and found this worked well.”
“Our flight from NYC to ATL was canceled, and we needed two cars last minute. No other rental company had availability. SIXT was the only one able to help us with not just one, but two cars. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals. The cars drove smoothly and were just like new. The return process was also very easy. Anyway, I will forever recommend SIXT based on this experience. Thank you all.”

I needed a minivan to help my son move- they knew that I would need the seats folded down- Brandon had the minivan all ready when I arrived. They were both very knowledgable and helpful. “Rented a van to travel to NC for my mother who is wheelchair bound from the Mamaroneck location. Seamless reservation and pick up. When I returned it, I saw that I was billed for a different mileage. I showed what I had captured on my cell phone at drop off and was credited with that mileage.”

“This Avis location is convenient for me, as it’s located right off of Sunrise Hwy on the south shore. Chris and the other employees are courteous and professional and I’ve never had an issue with this location.
I recently rented a VW Atlas that was so nice that I didn’t want to return it. There’s plenty of customer parking, so you can leave your car in the parking lot during your rental period.”
“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “I drive for Uber and rent through Avis. Today I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Tony at the Farmingdale location.
The vehicle I was driving needed to be swapped out because it required scheduled maintenance beyond an oil change. Tony spoke professionally with me on the phone yesterday and explained he would do his best to have a vehicle matching my preferences available, but couldn't promise anything. He came through 100%!
Tony shared with me that he is new to this Farmingdale location - he was transferred from Huntington with hopes of improving customer satisfaction ratings.
**If anyone from corporate should see this - GREAT JOB!
Tony is honest, friendly and does what he says he will do. We even had a conversation on the lot about the importance of being kind to all people.

“Had to go here on a Sunday to receive a replacement vehicle since the one I was given from another location needed to be serviced. The 2 young men that worked on Sunday 8/30 were amazing. It was insanely busy, phones were ringing off the hook, and there were tons of customers inside the waiting area. Both of them handled themselves well. They handled each customer as quickly and efficiently as they could. The young man who helped me was named William or Will (I think) and he was very nice.”
