The manager Sheena Goberdhan has made my visits excellent each and every time.She is knowledgeable,enthusiastic and great at her job.I would recommend this store to anyone and i promise Sheena will take very good care of you.”
“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “Consistently a great shopping experience. Most recently, Michael helped us and was friendly, helpful and even had me fill out a postcard so I will get a reminder to use my $50 coupons in January. Went back 2 weeks later, he remembered us and asked if we were happy with our purchases. Clothing high quality. It's nice to shop at a retail store where customer service is at the forefront.”

“I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of style he would be into from the selection of clothes. But this nice employee with short curly hair went up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told him and showed him a photo of my boyfriend and he helped me pick out a set of outfits that I could buy, eventually we settled on one. The whole interaction was just so helpful and welcoming that I had to write this review, such a bubbly person! Will definitely be coming back + he loved it!”
“Truly great experience today at Vineyard Vines in the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington, NY today. Customer service is top notch, they’re personable, outgoing, welcoming and most of all interested in being helpful.
Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the Sales Associates but they went above and beyond in terms of the product I was purchasing. I had actually left the store as their inventory system didn’t have the product that the website did, but they ultimately found it, came looking for me just outside the store and proactively gave me a 15% discount.
Thanks again and I’ll be back in the near future!”
