“I only have positive things to say as well. My family used to visit the shop in Ridgewood and we finally made it to the Huntington Location. Our favorite as the krainerwurst, cervelat, chicken rolls, pretzel rolls (ask for the salt, they will give you a container). There is also a bunch of German / European items throughout the store, such as mustards, sauces, and candies. They have adorable Christmas shaped fondant candies that would be too cute for me to even want to eat - they were a little expensive or I would have bought them all. Oh and they have other candies shaped like a pig which I wanted as well. Customer service is top notch. Needless to say, I will be back.”

“Always the best of fresh food and sandwiches! Reasonably priced and great service! Patrick is so nice, accommodating and helpful in selections. Frank and Andy are always glad to see you. Their homemade fresh turkey sandwich is a delicious healthy pick and the Italian meats especially the prosuitto is amazing beyond words. Grilled chicken is very tender..chicken burgers are famous, rice balls, potato croquettes and veggies..my favorite is the prosuitto balls but call ahead as they are made to order. There is so many goodies to choose from. We also get cookies here for morning coffee. The bread is from Brooklyn ?? Check them out! ❤️???”

“I have never been to a butcher shop and this is the first time I have ever been to one. I met Joe the owner and he was fantastic. He explained exactly what meats I should get and how I should cook them and at what temperature. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Not only that he gave me a few stuffed mushrooms for my first time purchase. The customer service is absolutely amazing here. Every time that I need to purchase meat I will not go anywhere but here.
