“Cute little thrift store in the heart of oyster bay village! Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is neatly organized and not overrun with products. Found some great finds like a crock pot, boots and firefighter toys for my son. They accept credit cards!”
“Stephanie McCloud..I also went to holiday house from the ages of 7-11. I'm now 55. Every year I would celebrate my birthday there. I loved the Sosa's especially Mr Sosa he was always so sweet. If I remember correctly, I recall there was a poppa Sosa there too. I think he took care of the kitchen/meals. Anyway it was the best 4 years of my life!”
“Beautiful pieces, unbeatable prices, wonderful customer service in this family owned and operated storefront. You will find high-end, one of a kind home furnishings. From dining sets to fine crystal, I have filled my home with many pieces over the years from Attic Door. Attic Door is a gem among home furnishing stores on Long Island.”

“I hate to review this shop because I consider it my "own personal thrift store". LOL. Not much traffic here . It's pretty well buried with very scant hard-to-make-it-here hours - thus a LOT of people cannot get here unless they live locally and are "in the know". So yeah: Ssssshhhhh. It's a secret ! That said : the bulk of what's here is ladies clothes , books and kids clothes. Not a lot of hard goods , collectible stuff , etc. Very basic- pretty small . Prices are fair-to-good-to cheap. So that's a plus. A tiny bit of men's clothes and a few random electronics and some decorative home items. If you are looking for the following , do NOT BOTHER TO COME HERE: comics, vinyl records, video games . Zero. None. This is a store that does not have a high turnover and donations seem low / slow. On the upside: the ladies that work here are sweet as can be and friendly. Not worth traveling here if you live more than 10 / 20 minutes away. LOOK for the sign they hang outside to see if they are "open", which is not very much.”
“This little shop is terrific! The items and clothes are always clean and in good condition. It’s well organized with a constant turnaround of different items. They have vintage glassware, toys, art, books, music, jewelry, clothes, and fun, interesting finds! Prices so low you’ll spend lots of money buying treasures while happily supporting those in need! Donations accepted and truly welcomed! Check it out! Their hours vary greatly, so you may want to call ahead to confirm they are open. They could really benefit from a Facebook page, and I’ll help them set it up if so desired. Untapped potential to be so much better, but a volunteer staff limits this.”
“What a wonderful thrift store.. clean . Neat. Organized. And great finds. It is split in two departments. The help is wonderful. You will want to spend hours just looking at everything. Definitely bring your donations to community thrift.. it goes to a great cause.. and if you have any extra shopping bags laying around they would greatly appreciate it.”

“Two very nice gentleman work here. Although they do not pay cash or trade for donations they are very fair and polite and offer a tax deductible receipt for your donations.”

755 Larkfield Rd, Commack“Good prices, good selection of items, and I always find something when I come in. With that being said, the Children’s toys section is always a mess and there are a few workers who could be a little kinder.”
“Ron is the most genuinely caring, friendly & professional manager at Goodwill! When I initially met Ron, I was on my way to donate clothing with my 28yo daughter who has special needs. As soon as we arrived, my daughter had to use the bathroom badly. Although Goodwill wasn’t open yet, Ron opened the front door & let is enter so my daughter could use the restroom there, which was kept immaculate. Ron prevented a major catastrophe!!! Whenever I arrive at Goodwill in East Northport with my daughter, Ron goes out of his way to greet us warmly, bring my bags of clothing into the store & give me a receipt without having to leave my car. Thanks to Ron, I will only donate to Goodwill East Northport!!! Ron goes well over & above at helping others & deserves the highest praise and recognition!!!!”
“Haven't been here in 10+ years, went today. I love thrifting, second hand shops, antiques, etc. lots of cool, older and well made clothing mixed in with cheap fast fashion, damaged goods. Take your time, you might find a gem. I was pleasantly surprised by the plus size jackets and coats. The rest of the mall is pretty cool too, tons of different vendors.”

“Loads of stock in every department. Some prices were high and for that I'm giving them a 4. They have special sale days where they get 2.99 for almost every ticket color less than 24.99. The staff was helpful as well.”
