“This is a family owned business and Joe is the greatest guy you ever want to meet, as is his son Joe and his wife Marilyn. I bought my broken 2004 Chrysler Pacifica to their shop and they took such good care of me. I appreciate everything that they did for me and for my vehicle. What seems an almost impossible diagnosis was figured out by Joe because he had so much patience and he took the time the patiently diagnosed the issue. “I have alway been leery about buying cars online, especially used cars, but George K. made this process seamless. He was very helpful in the entire process. I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini. Car salesmen have bad reps with selling used cars, but George is DEF not one of those shady ones. Feel comfortable, and at ease when getting a car from him. “Richard Ciarletta, one of the Service Advisors at Empire Subaru is definitely an asset. I've had three scheduled maintenance visits thus far (vehicle purchased in December 2024), and he has been my service advisor for the last two visits.
I've gone for maintenance (oil change, tire rotations, etc) on both busy and slow days, and at all times, Mr. Ciarletta was always calm and composed. He never rushed me when it was my turn, and when one of the visits became longer than anticipated, he apologized and discounted my bill, which was unnecessary (I was fortunately not in any rush that day). My visit yesterday took all of 25 minutes (Oil Change and Tire Rotation).
Dealerships get a bad rep. for being overpriced and overly pushy; Mr. Ciarletta is an example of this being false. He did recommend services, but just as gracefully accepted me declining them for the time being.
Can I get my service done cheaper elsewhere? Maybe. But the cost of Mr. Ciarletta's professionalism and friendliness is immeasurable.

“I brought my Volkswagen Touareg into Bobbys to install an X pipe and my experience was absolutely fantastic. I am a car guy and absolutely love vehicles and my own cars so I’m always a bit worried to bring them to places to get work done but Bobbys reviews speak for themselves. His fantastic reputation is absolutely true and my needs were met and exceeded greatly. I called up this morning to make an appointment and immediately got a respectful answer and a time to come in from Bobby himself. When I arrived I was greeted by Bobby and his assistant who were both friendly, respectful and enjoyable to talk to. My car was immediately brought into the bay exactly at the appointment time and I got to meet one of Bobbys employees in the back as well. He instantly got to work on my car and the job was done in a timely fashion but to an extremely high quality. The waiting area has many cool car related models and race inspired products showing that Bobby sees cars in a way that true car guys do. When the job was done he had me come back to personally check the underside of the car to see the work was done correctly and had me start up the car with him to make sure everything was done correctly. Clearly a respectful and honest man of his word who hires only the hardest working, most respectful staff. My car is not worth a million bucks but it was treated with the same level of care as a brand new, worthless vehicle. It looked, smelled and drove exactly as it did when I brought it in but it just sounded a whole lot better. I will absolutely use Bobbys again with my next exhaust needs and I highly recommend them. Good price, fantastic staff and a job well done.”

They have a mechanic on sight with his own corvette who clearly cares for the classics and helped my car through the repairs needed to get it road worthy. These guys are my guys now, I’m not going to anyone else!! If they can handle this, I’m sure they can handle anything else!”

“Bruce and his team are the best! I got a flat tire yesterday while I was nearby his shop. I drove in to Centerport auto and even though they were very busy and I had no appointment they stopped what they were doing and put my spare tire on the car so that I could continue driving. They did not have the correct tire to replace it but they made sure it was safe for me to drive. The flat was in the front so the mechanic told me it was safer to have a spare on the back so he rotated the tire as well. As I was leaving and thanking them, Bruce did not charge me. They are the most honest auto shop I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!”
