I’ve worked with 4 of them.My wife works on balance and strength.I am strength, flexibility and balance.They also have trainers whose workouts are more cardio focused.Young or old, highly recommend Mike, Eileen, Morgan and Dom.”

“This is such a good tight knit gym - small with everything you could ask for! All the trainers are extremely intelligent. I have gone to Jordan and Lauren before. Lauren is amazing as a personal trainer and makes sure I keep on schedule, helps me increase my gains, watches me for good form, and helps stay positive on days i don’t want to work out. I’ve also had a health problem in the past so she customized a workout personal training plan for me. I have been to all the other ones and disliked and highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a personal trainer, classes, or to just work out by yourself. Everyone is friendly & no one is judging you. Lauren is also extremely attentive as I have knee issues and had hip surgery and she makes sure to incorporate exercises that will keep me safe! Thank you!!! Added some before and after so you can see the gains! Thanks for getting me tighter and in good health at the same time Lauren ! - love the gym!!!”

“A hidden treasure! The little gym is a beautiful facility where the instructors support and encourage each child to do their best! We take classes with miss Meena and my daughters ADORE her! Each class has a cognitive, social and physical component, she is growing so much! The owner meena is always there and takes such pride in being part of Huntington. Coach missy is wonderful too! We've also a birthday party here and a parent survival night (they keep the kids for 3 hours while we went out in Huntington village!) can't say enough great things about this gym!”
