I’ve worked with 4 of them.My wife works on balance and strength.I am strength, flexibility and balance.They also have trainers whose workouts are more cardio focused.Young or old, highly recommend Mike, Eileen, Morgan and Dom.”

“I am SO glad I found Energy. I’ve never had the motivation or skills to work out before, and everyone at this location is so incredibly supportive and kind and treats me like they’ve known me forever.I love the concept of just paying for training and being able to use the facilities as much as I want on my own. The RVC location is so clean and it’s state-of-the-art with nice saunas, spa-style lockers with automatic locks so you don’t have to bring your own, showers with shower gel in them, massage chairs, and massage guns as well. There are also unlimited free classes.I signed up at the RVC location but visited the Huntington location today because I split my time between the two places. The owner of the Huntington location, Trevor, could not have been kinder or more welcoming. He set me up with a free consultation with Coach Dee, even though I’ve already trained at RVC. I’m interested in purchasing another package with Energy so I can train even more than once a week, but Trevor and Dee told me that I am welcome to come use the Huntington location on my own whenever I want. It’s Lifetime or Equinox quality at reasonable and flexible prices.Shout-outs also to Ramzees who handled me initially over the phone and set me up right away with CeCe (the wonderful trainer I’m with now in RVC), and to Gingy and Marie who seamlessly started my membership, gave me a tour, and even set me up with some great Energy swag when I joined.It’s so important to feel welcome and wanted at the gym, and I am so glad that I found Energy Fitness. I can’t wait to keep coming back!”
