“Christian made our experience really good. The only bad thing is when we went to the store it was under 15 degrees outside and the thermostat within the store was locked at 61 degrees, making the store extremely cold. Something should be done about this.”
“just wanted to also thank you for Jeanette manager on-site Huntington station AMAZING customer service during one of the worst times in my life! I was able to complete all my back due storage payments finally, but her kindness was superb! She was understanding and listened and patient! I have been working with you guys for more than 20years, and when I discovered you had storage in suffolk, I was happy to use those services also! Thank you also, for looking into my situation, and just wanted to thank you guys, as I usually pay everything promptly, this is simply just a thank you for EXCELLENT customer service, and Jeanette always remains proffessional regardless of the circumstance, and Micheal (Head Operations) thanks again! Tracy Clark!”
“The best service, the best treatment—we were truly satisfied with all the attention and dedication to the work. Milly went the extra mile with her recommendations. 1000 points for her.”
“Had a great experience at this Penske location. The truck ran well, shop was well organized, and has good operating hours. The desk attendant Alex took our experience from great to exceptional. He was very accommodative, answered all our questions, and got us on our way in a timely manner. Will definitely be back and recommend visiting this location.”
“I'm a regular customer of U-Haul for work, and this is BY FAR my favorite location. The facility is kept clean and comfortable, the vans are always clean and smell good, and even the trucks are in good and clean condition. Robert, Carlos, and Khalil are top notch.”
“The Team at Ryder Farmingdale is Fantastic to deal with. We wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent the trucks we need and use on a regular basis. Thanks Ryder for your great customer service !!!”

“Ok, as unfortunate as this is, we had to move again 10/1. I have to say, once again, the friendliest guy ever. Certainly hope I don't have to move again soon but would definitely come back if I had to. This is him below... he deserves the recognition! (This is so creepy...but I don't have his name and just googled the Bethpage location)”
“My overall experience was very satisfactory. The location was easy to get to the van was ready and the owner explained to me how the mobile check out works at Stop and fuel in Bayshore. Dropping off was just as easy. I highly recommend this location in Bayshore if you’re gonna be renting a U-Haul.”

“Been at this facility for years and are very happy. It’s clean and well kept. Secured and gated with two loading docks. Lene the store manager is amazing if you need anything ask for her.”
