“This CVS is not busy but pharmacy is short staff. Although professional, the staff is a bit cold and very impersonal. It took me half an hour to get my shot, even tho I had made an appointment. Why should one walk in to make an appointment and they don’t do it over the phone ??!Needs better management.”

“I like this store because it's not nearly as crowded as Stop N Shop or Shop Rite, and the staff is usually pretty nice. They also have some stuff I can't get as easily at other stores! For a few things price wise I wouldn't go here, but I don't think it's as bad as some people think.”

“The CVS in Halesite is great! I went there the other day and the cosmetic girl Ian did such a good job helping me find what I wanted. I was so happy because I didn’t feel like looking around and she found just what I needed quick. Also Teresa and Deirdre in the pharmacy are exceptional! They always go above and beyond their job to try to help you. That is great to have people there that are really nice and help, so I give this CVS five stars.”

“Typically, Main Source is super dependable, however this week I was expecting my medication and was told it would be delivered Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon they called saying it was rescheduled to Wednesday evening. When I still didn't get it this afternoon, I called and they said that they were out of stock and didn't know when it would be back in. It's just frustrating because they made it seem like they knew it was out of stock and rather than tell me up front, they kept trying to delay. Super bummed.”
