“The manager of this pharmacy is an allstar ! - Huntington Hospital Royally screwed up sending my prescriptions to pharmacy. She made MULTIPLE calls to ER to get the job done for me (4 tries with hospital staff ) -she got my meds and was a true professional -A+++”
“Julie in the beauty section was AMAZING today. She spent so much time helping me pick out products and explaining a routine, and she was genuinely so kind and patient. I really appreciated all of her help.
Unfortunately checkout was stressful. Once I got to the register, I decided I wanted to put a few things back and asked multiple times if there was a way to remove some items from my purchase. The cashier either stared at me or didn’t respond, which made me feel really uncomfortable and confused. Eventually I was told I would have to go back around the whole store and shop everything all over again instead of just removing a few items, and I ended up leaving without buying anything.
I still wanted to leave a review because Julie’s customer service was excellent and she really made the experience feel personal and helpful.”
