“Christian made our experience really good. The only bad thing is when we went to the store it was under 15 degrees outside and the thermostat within the store was locked at 61 degrees, making the store extremely cold. Something should be done about this.”

“2nd time here.- very helpful, quick, reasonable. This will now be my GO TO place for any auto issue. First visit, needed immediate assistance for car remote battery... sounds minor and simple- but was late in day and other places were not helpful. Second visit- needed NYS inspection. Was in and out in under 30 min, without an appt. Had initially made appt at Mavis, down road. Well- lesson learned: AVOID MAVIS. Mavis rude and had zero sense of customer service.”

Guy didn’t make a single penny on me and spent at least 30 minutes or more of his time trying to find and locate me the right equipment for rent. Because he is a mechanic I definitely will come back with some service business . I believe that honest people are super hard to find. Looks like I got lucky and found honest person that is not a guy that willing to grab your money.”

“My truck broke down on the worst day of this winter at 3am on the LI E 495 exit 51 luckily I was by the LI welcome center where I was able to keep warm It took about an hour for the tow truck to arrive and he took me to the Farmingdale Ryder shop and those guys were awesome they fixed my unit and even had coffee and donuts for me in less than 31/2 hours I was on my way back on the road the diesel line had gelled up they put treatment in the diesel tanks put in a new filter charged my battery and I was able to finish my route and go home cause that's what I was thinking about the whole time being home nice and warm! To Dante in the Farmingdale Ryder and his team Thank you!”

“We reserved a Van for the weekend. "Jeannette" took our information.. she was very helpful and informative . We picked up the rental early(7am)The van was impeccable. Drove smooth.. (only draw back , the back up camera located on the rear view mirror is not accurate at all..DONOT rely on it when backing up..), the van Fit all the things we needed. The return of the vehicle was flawless.. our move was stress free, and no hidden costs as is the case with moving companies!Thank you U-Haul”
