“Ladies and gentleman. If you love great finds this is a spot to check out. The clothing, dishware, records the things you find are endless.. There are 2 levels becuase its a house that was converted into a store. There are stairs and narrow doorways. This is what makes the place so unique. Please make time to check it out, you will not be disappointed.”
“I have been to Suite Pieces multiple times and done a few DIY projects with Jolie paint. Amanda's tutorials on YouTube have been so helpful and the store itself has so many beautiful things inside !”

“Maureen is awesome! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome in the store, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They have an excellent collection here, and now I know exactly where to go for anything antique related!”
“Helga retired after many, many wonderful years in Northport. The new owner, Denise, changed the stores name to Changing Tides and is continuing the practice of accepting beautiful, fashionable clothing and accessories at the store. I have never tried to offer any of my clothing on consignment, so I was not aware of the difference in the percentage of sales of one's own clothing were under Helga and are under the new ownership.I've been happy with every purchase I have made at Changing Tides and whenever I wear something I purchased there, I get so many compliments! It's amazing how great one looks and feels in an outfit from this store! If it is not too crowded, the sales staff will help you coordinate an outfit with shoes, hats, jewelry, whatever you want! They are vey thoughtful, never pushy and most honest. If something doesn't look nice on you, they will tell you and suggest something else, which looks great!I love this store. Did a lot of shopping there in the winter of 2022 and 2023, but unfortunately have not been able to get there this spring or summer. Can't wait to return, though!”
“I was so excited to make my 1 st purchase at the Designer Exchange. Shari was so patient and incredibly sweet. I asked a lot of questions and looked at several bags I ended up with the first one I absolutely fell in love with. I’m going to love the heck out of it!!! Thank you again for your patience!!!”
“Good store to pick up good conditon used clothing and many other household items. Also a good place to donate things that you no longer need. Pieces are very reasonable.”
“Patrice was absolutely amazing to myself, my mom, and my grandma when we visited the shop yesterday. This was our first time visiting the store and we will definitely be returning. We spent two hours in there because there were so many authentic vintage items that we couldn’t choose from! If you are in the area and looking for something unique and one of a kind, make a stop in here, you won’t regret it. Patrice was so accommodating towards us and even negotiated prices with us for many of the items we ended up purchasing. Her prices are reasonable for the items she sells. We cannot wait to come back soon! Thank you Patrice!”
“Great place, nice little food court, some arcade games, little flea market, card bazaar.
If you check often you can get some really good deals on the clothes. Some better finds than a lot of the other thrift stores.”
“I'd definitely like to shop there. The prices are very cheap. Fifteen dollars for pants twenty five thirty five dollars sneakers. ten twelve dollars shirts. But if your trying to make money off of your clothing that you wanna sell them, you're not going to make what you want, they pay you like 2 to $3 per shirt per item, really. I went there with a whole bag of barely used polo button ups that weren't dated and they were freshly dry cleaned. And I think I got twenty five dollars fur, fifteen of them that they kept”
“I visited Wit & Whim for the first time last Saturday with my little sister for a Charm making event. The store is so charming and inviting, just as Jacquelyn and her staff.
From the moment I stepped in, it was like I stepped into a different moment in time where women gathered, shared stories and remedies, crafted, and shared specially curated gifts with one another.
The store itself houses many unique items, both acquired throughout time and handcrafted.
During the event, my sister and I collectively created a bold bag charm, simple bracelet, and a reminiscent necklace. We had a lovely chat with Jacquelyn, discussing the charms and their origins, while sharing personal stories, and pouring so much of ourselves into the new pieces we're taking home.
After purchasing our items from the charm event, we had another thorough look around and of course, couldn't leave without purchasing another piece each to whisk away.
We look forward to our next visit to support your small business!”
