174 NY-28, InletFirst off, what a great location right in the heart of Inlet, the cutest town in the Adirondacks! The interior was awesome, right up the details on the ceiling and crown molding. It was a very intimate and inviting space.
We rolled in right around prime dinner time near 7pm and spotted a couple seats at the bar. We were greeted promptly and relatively warmly by the bar staff, given menus and asked for our drink orders.
After placing our drink orders, we took some time with the menu and then placed our order.
The food was pretty good - highly recommend the shrimp tacos, but the burrito was mediocre - too much cheese, and they put all the fixins (lettuce, tomatoes, salsa) on the side, as if I should open the burrito and add it myself (side note - this seemed very odd to me, but maybe I’m not as experienced in burritos as others).
The reason then for the lower service rating is that for whatever reason the mood of the staff seemed to shift during our meal. No one inquired if we needed anything or wanted another drink. Interestingly, the place was starting to thin out during this time, and maybe the staff was just ready to close shop for the night, especially being a Sunday, but in any case it was just a bit off-putting.
Overall, probably willing to give it another shot but wanted to give a full view

172 NY-28, InletAs someone who is from Buffalo NY, this place probably has THE best Wings in my opinion. I had the Garlic Parm wings which if you know is pretty hard to get right. They even got the blue cheese right! The wings were juicy, the draft beers were flowing and the atmosphere was top notch. The staff is super friendly, and has that little town sports bar vibe going for it. Highly recommend this place!
