U-Haul Moving & Storage of Inwood is a great and well-managed facility. The location is clean and presentable, with equipment ready to go with no hassle. Employees are described as perfect, professional, patient, and amazing, with staff noted for going above and beyond to help. While a slight problem occurred when a manager was not onsite, the experience is still highly recommended. Customers appreciate the fast online booking and great customer service for rentals and storage.
The facility is great and well managed. I've been with uhaul for 7 years and Cleopatra is amazing and has everything well organized!!!

Shelest Jones went up and beyond to help me with my trailer rental that unfortunately I was not able to rent because E-alert did not clear my account even after payment was made. Shelest was very professional and patient. She tried her best for the transaction could be completed. U-Haul should have more employees like her.
