“Wegmans family has built a gem and we love the store, but it was not a pleasant experience for this Christmas. To much virus what if drama, which the stores use to raise goods so high for the working class. No one is giving the working class huge government food voucher. So, does that give you the right to charge $45.00 a pound for scallops, or the high Cheese prices, meat?....There is no shortage.... The huge greed and "virus" drama only hurts the WORKER! How many people do you think makes $45.00 a hour to buy the scallops? So, ...this is the first time our family has went without the splurge of treats from your store. Yet, the government fed eat like a King!...'what a racket".! And your pocket is full.... And the Worker juggles and walks away from the treats! We greatly appreciate the store staying neutral on the "face diaper"!....No haphazard bin's to dispose the "germ" masks in?.... Sun kills it, remember?.....We all need to breath, especially when working!... Sincerely.....A worker”
“I just wanted to Thank the employees at Wegmans, espically the Customer Service people and Custoidians as well as the rigister staff.I lost my hearing aid on Monday. I tried to track it with my app on my phone but couldn" t find it. The Front End Staff and Customer Service as well as the Helping hands tried to help as well. I left my name and number to call if they founf it and they also alertred the custoidial staff as well but I thought it was lost. Well the next afternoon I got a phone call saying they found it!! Special thanks to custoidal staff and Alex at the register for finding it and turning it into customer service! Wegmans has a very caring staff and although we are all under stress at this time with covid, they still take the time to care. I would recommend this store to anyone. You have a great staff of people. Just know I really appreciare your caring!! Peggy Stockmeister”
“Always well stocked shelves, staff super friendly and VERY HELPFUL!
IF there is something we want and not on the shelf, we ask, an associate goes to back room to ck availability, and 9 out of 10 times, returns with the product in question. Our favorite store for shopping, BUFFALO Rd., GATES, NY”

“These guys are literally some of the best humans I've ever met. I was receiving a Western Union five minutes before close and for some reason there was a 45 minute wait to receive. They were kind enough to literally let me sit in the parking lot well they kept going back into the store after close and checking periodically to see if the money was available for pickup. Eventually after I called Western Union several times the sender called, when the sender called they were told that the money had been released 2 minutes prior I knocked on the door don't let the gentleman know the money was there his younger associate went been helping me all along, walked out with the money and my receipt and said "I called Western Union for you". All of this and nearly midnight an hour past closing in their personal time, and I had a feeling had I not been able to receive the funds they would have helped me out with the gas to get home. 45 minutes away from home an unfamiliar dangerous city, at a little Bodega, I found angels! Thanks guys and God bless you”

“The coinstar machine was friendly. It took my change without question. If you want money back, the charge is about ten cents on the dollar. If you decide to donate your change or get a gift card (plenty to choose from) the service is free.”
“My neighborhood Walgreens - always good for a quick stop in for snacks, makeup remover wipes, last minute greeting cards, beer, and some other essentials that I don't feel like going to Wegs or TJs for. The staff here is great and always very helpful. The hours are reasonable and it is the only convenience style store in the vicinity. It used to be a Rite Aid and has been much upgraded since making the switch. Pharmacy, and all other departments you'd come to expect are easily accessible here.”
“Why do the people stocking the shelves find it necessary to destroy the potato chips when stocking the shelves? The last two times we purchased potato chips about half of the bag, or probably more, was mostly crumbs. If you purchase the chips from the large center aisle that are left in the boxes there are very few smashed one. Also why do you not carry Francisco Ronaldi spaghetti sauce anymore? I have noticed more and more Wegmans products and less name brands on the shelves so that I have to go to another store to get the products I want. Thank you. Carol Mooney”
