I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none.

For some reason I am always the 1st one online then people start coming in. And it located in a mini mall with plenty of parking, a couple of stores see photos. And it is next to the Sprain Brook Parkway.”

“I’m confused by the bad reviews. I go there all the time, have for years now, and everyone is always kind, not just to me, but to every other customer while I have been there. Even when I have made mistakes with my Amazon returns, they have always been gracious about explaining things to me. Every UPS store I have ever been to charges for packing something for you if it’s not “no box no label.” The woman who works there helped me with color prints for my classroom, and when they didn’t come out right because I had sent them in the wrong format, she happily reprinted them free of charge. Maybe the poor reviews are from people who don’t like that the workers wear masks? Or they don’t like ever being told no, even if it’s done politely? Or there’s another reason, which I suspect but won’t post here? Whatever your issue, I simply don’t believe that these nice people were rude like some of the stories here say.”

“This is a great home town post office. It's small but that's what makes it so convenient. No lines and quick & friendly service. You have to be aware of their hours which are different from the main offices but other than that I really appreciate having it in my area.”
