“i have been trying to reach fed ex, since 11/19/2025 by any means necessary, trying to reach a live agent to help me, they excepted a package containing stolen goods from a service that i use, that was compromised when a thief decided to order some merchandise at my expense, upon discovery of this theft i have been trying to stop the package from being delivered to a bogus address that is listed with my name but not my actual address of residency. i have gone as far as open an account with fed ex to place a vacation hold on the package, not once but twice and try and get them to reroute the package to my actual address. i have even gone and put in the delivery instructions with a notice of “stolen merch in pkg contact PD” where i have also contacted the police department in the city where the package is being delivered and have filed a police report and have an open case now and still no help from fed ex. seems to me fed ex would have a simple way to contact them and have a live agent to help when this happens to a consumer. finally at last attempt today 11/24/2025 i found a phone number and was able to reach a live customer service rep. explained the situation of theft and they are returning the package back to the shipper. thank you so much”
