Advance Auto can often have good or bad customer service. At this location I find the Manager Sati to be great. The majority of the staff here is also exceptional. Shout out to Ricky, Maged, Devon and both guys named Joel.

In the past not always had great experience, but the current staff members are awesome in this Austin Blvd location in Island Park. They are friendly, listens to your problem and tries to help. Really appreciate that. which quite rare now a days.
