Came in to return a battery that had a guarantee.and the customer associate was not attentive and was very sarcastic. Was not helpful at all and was on his cell phone the whole time I was asking for help. The manager was great and resolved the situation in an attentive and timely fashion, but the customer associate with the name Ron on his shirt was not welcoming.

New driver here!!! I recently came into this store and needed new wind wipers. The employee Sammie was so helpful she even changed the wipers for me. I had a few questions regarding my car and when and how to do oil changes Sammie we able to answer my questions and directed me to the oil I’ll be needing. Definitely will keep coming back. Thank you for help Sammie!!!

My mechanic asked if I could stop in and get a headlight bulb yesterday (Friday 5/13) around 5PM and when I went to check out the lady cashier said that I would need bulb grease and just scanned it without asking me so I assumed it was free. She was v persistent about getting me to buy insurance on the bulb even though I said no several times and that my mechanic usually has a bunch of them but he just ran out. I'm returning it because I didn't need it, my mechanic didn't need it and he was annoyed that she pretty much had me buy it even though she knew I was bringing it to my mechanic. Not that I care about the $2, but it's the principle, DON'T JUST SCAN THINGS WITHOUT ASKING PEOPLE FIRST? Thanks!

Went in earlier today because my battery died. They installed a new one and checked my alternator, which was the culprit. Angie and Steve were very helpful and friendly. However, the company needs to make the customer's purchase history visible to all stores. This just delayed the process and had me worried that their was some glitch that erased my order history(it is Mercury's retrograde after all) I was going to give this trip 4 stars but this location's rating shouldn't suffer because of a company wide flaw in their customer service.

Great service. They tested my battery before recommending a new one and then did a full diagnostic test after installation to confirm the starter and alternator were in good working order. Sam was very capable and knowledgeable and she was a pleasure to work with.
