“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

Dean did a spectacular job on my CRV, paid attention to every detail, and took care of the stain of the seats. and made sure it was spotless. Car washes who? i go to this location from now on. Wishing i would've done this along time ago, but i needed a quick wash and get going. The pricing? definitely affordable. “From the moment you walk in you are greeted and immediately taken care of. I took advantage of their ongoing sale for the Gold Package paint Correction and ceramic coating. Wanted to give my 2019 Jeep a facelift after its paint job was ruined by a supposed professional and used a brush to wash my car. I was blown away how great the paint job looked after these guys were done. The amount detail they put into every nook and cranny. I have dogs that sheds alot and they were able to get it all out.It was a 3 day job, I was beyond satisfied with the work. Its been couple weeks, drove it through and monsoon and still looking clean.”

“This shop stand behind their work. I have been going to sanford for almost 8 years now. Essentially when they first opened up. They always welcome each and every customer with respect and treat every car with the utmost care as if it was their own. Recently, I had them do apply paint protection film (PPF) on my front end of my Audi TT last fall and due to unforseen failures from the PPF, they told me to come back and in the spring and they will redo it. I did just that and they redid it and it exceeded my expectations. This alone shows me that Leah, Reef and the sanford team stands behind their work. While my vehicle was in the shop, they kept me updated and it was very easy to get updates (via text) and they are always and readily available to answer any questions with a lot of patience! If you know me, I am crazy about attention to detail and the team was the same and welcomed it! Thank you Leah, Reef for the top notch work!”

“I recently used Sean auto spa. They detailed my car and made it look like new. My baby was dirty dirty and it looks great now. I had them also do my mother's car the next day and she wanted scratches removed and they charge extra but because they were unable to remove the scratches they did not charge the scratch fee which other places would because the use of their product and labor. Overall great experience. They also ask to inspect the car before they leave in case anything else they need to redo. Thank you guys!”

“I came to Joe, at Peak Auto Body, in tears and shaking. I was in a fender bender and beside myself. Joe was calme, reassuring, and completely forthright in advising me to contact my insurance company immediately, and he would take care of the rest. Joe sat patiently with me and my husband, went over the damage with a fine toothed comb, and told me he would handle everything. He promised that my car would be restored to the way I bought it from the showroom. My insurance worked with him every step of the way and my car was returned to me brand new. Jow called me multiple times during the process to inform me of what would happen next. He was such a calm presence in my life during the repair and I cannot recommend his shop more highly.
