Nah'jel pointed me in the right direction from the start, walking me through what my watch needed and what they could do and recommend. “I can not even begin to explain how everyone at reflections went above and beyond. I needed a new cage placed on my engagement ring and my daughter’s wedding was only a few days away. They initially did not think my setting would be ready in time and they graciously offered to lend me a ring to wear .. Unbelievable. As it turns out the jeweler, knowing it was my daughter’s wedding , made it a priority to have it ready. i received a phone call at 9 pm the evening before and the employee even offered to open the store 2 hours earlier knowing i was leaving town for my wedding.Absolutely the nicest people i have encountered. My friend and I stumbled across this lovely store yesterday. We wound up spending a lot of time browsing and discussing all the beautiful gemstones and crystals and the meaning behind them. They had loose stones, jewelry and many other items made from stones such as vases, dishes for jewelry, statues and more. The owner, Anu, is not only knowledgeable but very patient and kind. Many of the items were reasonably priced so we had to purchase a few . It is a perfect store for gifts or a little something for yourself. If you like crystals, jewelry or pretty items made from gemstones you’ll love this place. I will be back.”

I don't write reviews often, but Johanna made an impression I have to share. My mother and I came in because a gem had fallen out of her ring — it needed repair, and honestly, we were both a little anxious about it. From the moment we started talking with Johanna, that anxiety melted away.
There was a hiccup pulling up my mother's information in their system, the kind of thing that could easily throw off your whole day. But Johanna stayed calm, patient, and kind through all of it, working it out without ever making us feel rushed or like a burden. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right for us, not just getting us out the door.
She was warm, easy to talk to, and so friendly that it stopped feeling like a transaction at all — it felt like she was taking care of us. That kind of above-and-beyond effort is rare, and it means so much when you find it.
