“I went to Chateau for a ring resizing, and when Gary took a look he said my ring was going to be a challenge because it was hollow and had a difficult design to recreate, plus it might take a couple weeks to get it done. I got my triple helix pierced a few days ago by amelia and it was the fastest process i've ever been through and it was basically painless. She was also extremely informative about piercing aftercare and made everything very easy to understand!
fast forward to today, just yesterday night one of the ball on my piercing fell off and i planned to get it replaced today. She, once again, made the process very easy and quick.

More importantly, you get a sense of being in the presence of someone who is very knowledgeable and not into selling you the first thing you lay eyes upon. Instead, he makes sure you tap into your inner self so that your crystal finds you. Enjoyed my time there that went well beyond the timeframe I had carved out.
