“I needed some links removed from my watch bracelet. I usually do my watch maintenance myself but I was unable to get the pins out with this particular watch. I brought it to a jeweler by my house and they were unable to do it after trying for a half hour and offered to charge $50 to send it out to have it done. Thankfully I declined and brought it to Denise at Unicorn Jewelers who had it done in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!”

My family told me this place has been in business for a long time and is much better than the big chains. “Gary and team are the best - I had an existing stone and an idea, and Gary gave very helpful aesthetic pointers to help me solidify the design. My husband and I got my engagement ring and wedding bands custom made here and the experience was seamless. The price was extremely reasonable given the service!Gary’s also a very pleasant character to work with! Kind of like going in for a haircut not knowing what you want and getting some suggestions from someone who has seen it all. For instance, the stone we have is not very big but the design I had in mind really fit a larger stone better, so Gary suggested a few things we can do to pare down the design and not overwhelm the beauty of the diamond. He also worked with how my stone had a minor imperfection, and artfully hid that flaw when he set the stone. There was more deliberation on my part about the wedding band, and the man sat with us patiently trying to understand what I wanted.The end results are seriously beautiful- no photos or videos can do it justice!They have a mandarin speaker and that lady is extremely nice and witty - will definitely come back for ready made and custom jewelry. We have and will continue to tell our friends and family about Chateau and hope they can get their rings and jewelry made here!”
