“I would like to update my previous complaint regarding the drop-off laundry service at Clean Rite Center on Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica, NY.
I have been a regular customer for approximately six months, and I had been consistently unhappy with the quality of the folding and organization of my laundry. My socks were not sorted or paired, undergarments were not folded properly, and the clothes were generally folded very poorly. I also noticed that fabric softener or dryer sheets were not being used.
After my complaint, the management contacted me, apologized for the service, and acknowledged my concerns. They explained that they are going to retrain their staff to improve the quality of the wash-and-fold service. They also offered to provide my next wash-and-fold service at no charge as a gesture to address my concerns.
I appreciate the management taking my complaint seriously and making an effort to resolve the issue. I am updating my complaint to reflect their response and their commitment to improving the service.
I hope the staff training results in better and more consistent service going forward. I appreciate the apology and the effort to make things right.”

“I have lived in this neighborhood over 15 years, I only use laundromats when I fall behind , once twice a year. It was very clean and employee Yasir was absolutely awesome!!! I arrived right at last call and he didn’t turn me away, he actually helped me with my bags. He kept cleaning and keeping watch of the doors. And the dryers are still free!!!?”
“I must give credit where credit is due. My husband normally does our laundry but he had surgery and couldn't do it. I have a bad back and was trying to figure out how i was gonna get it done. I Googled this place and opted to give them a try based on the other reviews. WOW! Not only did the pickup and delivery option come in handy, our clothes smelled so fresh and came out so soft. Being a first time customer, i was skeptical, but not anymore. If you find yourself in a pinch and need laundry service, please call them. Pricing was responsible and my clothes were impeccably folded and cleaned. I will definitely be using them again. 😁”

It has such a wonderful sense of nostagliaWhenever we drop something off we pay ahead and they give you an addional 10% off which is great. The turn around time is usually within a few days. Whenever we drop something off we always pick it up later than expected and never have an issue.Items always come back clean. The staff is friendly and because theyre organized we havent lost an item. There is also plenty of parking. So if your new to the area these guys do an excellent job! I have never used the tailoring services only the dry cleaning.”

“I love this place! Got my dresses & coats back and they really do look fresh & clean like new! I was especially happy about a coat I asked to alter that I got from a yard sale. It fit perfectly and looked amazing! When I was getting ready to leave he even gave me free dresses to take home! From customers that haven't picked them up in over a year! I was so grateful! Will be coming back again. The guy even helped me to bring the clothes to my cat because they were really heavy. Such friendly owners. Please give them a visit and trust them with your clothes!”
“This is the best dry cleaners near me. The employees are all kind. I’ve gotten tailoring done, things pressed, and things dry cleaned. Everything comes back better than it looked before. Good quality isn’t cheap and cheap isn’t good. It is more expensive than some other places but it is worth it if you care about your clothes. I won’t go anyplace else. The tailor is such a kind soul but only there Thurs-Saturday I think.”
