The long of it: Dropped off bag of clothes on a Sunday at 7:45 a.m. for pick up by closing as the day wore on we got delayed and I called them 15 min before they closed to ask if they could wait for us to get there about 30 min later to grab our stuff and they said no problem! Clothes nice and dry, folded and buttoned up back in our bags. Excellent.”
