“Had a great experience with Walter and Gigi movers from start to finish. They were on time and on budget. Had a three room move from East Rockaway to Commack and they were done in three hours and the price I was quoted six weeks earlier was the price I paid, no gas adjustments or changes. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
“The customer service experience from the very beginning was top notch. I rented two units; no concerns or issues with regards to safety or accessibility. Both stairs and elevators are available for use. The setup and checkout processes were super quick and simple. Thank you to the staff for making this a pleasant experience!”
“I just vacated, 7/12/22, the Island Park, NY location after 3 months. Great place,,as clean as clean can get. Very well run by Tom., Carol & Linda. I would recommend this place to anyone. The negative reviews below must be old before this management team took control. Absolutely no mold anywhere,, bathroom's very clean,, all around nice.”

“My experience with Public Storage has been excellent. I currently keep my truck parked there, and every time I stop by to check on it, the process is smooth and hassle-free.
Mr. Trinidad has been especially helpful—he provides clear information, communicates well, and delivers top-notch customer service. It definitely makes a difference knowing the facility is well-managed and that help is always available when needed.”
