“WOW!☆☆☆☆☆!I rarely write an actual review coz Life keeps Life-ing and I'm always busy. Royalty Rentals gave me cause to pause. We rented the 14-passenger Sprinter van for a round-trip from Suffolk County to Harlem. It was POURING and the rain did not let up! Thank goodness we left the driving to the experts. “While I did get a little heartburn over a miss-delivered box from this location intended for my daughter in Kew Gardens, there were some folks, particularly Lynnette, at this facility who never gave up on the situation and made sure the box was found and delivered properly. So 5 stars for her and her persistence. A happy ending to a sticky situation :)”

“The Nassau Inter-County Express runs as efficient today as the first time I utilized the service about a decade ago in my opinion. The service goes all the way to areas in Queens through Nassau County and even has stops in Massapequa and the Amityville railroad station in Suffolk County.Arriving back to the NY area I was surprised the routes I needed weren't cut or operating less frequent than normal. I was able to travel from Queens to Amityville just spending $2.90 as opposed to having to take the Long Island Railroad from Jamaica, Queens to Amityville and end up spending more.Very pleased with the service.#nassaureviews #theroneshellmanmediareviews #nassauintercountyexpressreviews”
