I ordered a $4000 computer from Dell. They shipped using this carrier and of course the package was lost. Unbelievable.

The cancelled my delivery and then after rescheduling it to a few days later they just never showed up and left my delivery sitting in my driveway for days

Never keep the shipment date as we scheduled. Very bad experience. No one pick up phone calls
