I saw that they were outdoor ATMs from another post. But I wasn't sure there vestibule.

There is! And a nice one.
And inside vestibule with a little counter and a pen exactly what I needed.

This is a really cool bank.
Architecturally it's really interesting. Kind of looks like a big cheese grater / stainless steel spaceship or Sci-Fi movie building modern. The front is really a beautiful entrance.

Two outdoor drive-up ATMs and one that you can go inside.

Ms Romero was friendly, even before I told her my problem she said don't worry we are here to help. Ms Romero took charge, may the right call calling the Town of Islip. She was respectful making the calls to help and professional. Was explaining everything to me and calm my blood pressure. My very difficult issue was resolved respectful and professional.
