“The lady went above and beyond to assist. She was on the phone attempting to get as many deals and worked hard to accommodate. Very friendly and polite. Then I came back next day and key broke off In lock and gentleman went above and beyond to assist was able to help even though it was near his closing time. He didn't rush me and was helpful. All this after the place next door was not friendly, accommodating or polite.”

“This is by far the best and nicest storage facility I've ever rented at. The building is always spotless and they offer 24/7 access to the units. Although it seems to be an unmanned location the store managers always answer my phone calls and emails immediately with answers to all of my questions. Looking forward to our future business together. I will be renting a box truck some time later this month.”

“This is the first time I am reviewing a company online. I do not believe we can ever hit perfection in any process buuuuttt, this is definitely the closest to it I have ever seen. I brought my RV in for a few small repairs and was floored by the quality and price from this business. Not only were the repairs done in a timely fashion but they even washed the RV and dressed the tires at no charge!!! Mind you, this is a 27’ motor home. I had to wait two days to get in there but I brought it in on Thursday morning and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. I am extremely happy and will be recommending this company and the owner Paul to everyone I can. Thanks Paul for showing me there are still company’s that work for pride in customer service.”

“We were very pleased with our Penske experience. They were easy to work with to set up the move and helped us work out the details. Since I (as the driver) was not due to arrive until after they closed the actual rental location in Ronkonkoma provided instructions for me add my drive license to the contract at a Penske location near my house. That way all my wife would have to do is sign the paperwork and pick up the keys at the start of the rental. The home office contacted us to confirm in the week leading up to the rental to ensure everything went according to plan and it went off without a hitch. My wife was greeted warmly and the local office was helpful in explaining the process. She got the keys and I picked up the truck with her later that evening. The truck was in great working order and we had no problems during the packing nor during the long drive south. Fully loaded the truck still got 10+ miles per gallon. Penske was excellent end to end from national reservations to especially the local office. We have used them in the past and they always deliver quality service in a professional manner. We recommend them to anyone making a move.”

“I had a pretty good experience with this place. Note that if you're lucky, you might be able to score a truck here (if one is available) after most places are closed. This operates out of a gas station that I think is 24 hours, so this might give you extra options. It's not important to me , but they seemed pretty friendly. They had a new-ish truck, there was damage on one side of the truck already, but the damage was indicated on the paper work they gave me. The inside of back was dirty, but they didn't mind when I returned the van in the same condition. They lose a point because the woman behind the counter keeps giving people a mini- heart attack by initially saying that they don't have any available trucks and then says "wait, let me check" and then there *is* a truck. Happened to me and the guy behind me. If you don't get someone on the phone, keep calling back. They were pretty busy behind the counter.”
“We reserved a Van for the weekend. "Jeannette" took our information.. she was very helpful and informative . We picked up the rental early(7am)The van was impeccable. Drove smooth.. (only draw back , the back up camera located on the rear view mirror is not accurate at all..DONOT rely on it when backing up..), the van Fit all the things we needed. The return of the vehicle was flawless.. our move was stress free, and no hidden costs as is the case with moving companies!Thank you U-Haul”
