“I would give it five stars only thing the truck didn't have a step down and I kind of had to slide out to reach the street! When my friend tried to get out of the cab he actually fell out it was so far from the ground! Otherwise everything was good.”

“We were very pleased with our Penske experience. They were easy to work with to set up the move and helped us work out the details. Since I (as the driver) was not due to arrive until after they closed the actual rental location in Ronkonkoma provided instructions for me add my drive license to the contract at a Penske location near my house. That way all my wife would have to do is sign the paperwork and pick up the keys at the start of the rental. The home office contacted us to confirm in the week leading up to the rental to ensure everything went according to plan and it went off without a hitch. My wife was greeted warmly and the local office was helpful in explaining the process. She got the keys and I picked up the truck with her later that evening. The truck was in great working order and we had no problems during the packing nor during the long drive south. Fully loaded the truck still got 10+ miles per gallon. Penske was excellent end to end from national reservations to especially the local office. We have used them in the past and they always deliver quality service in a professional manner. We recommend them to anyone making a move.”
