“Where does one go when packing to move? The HD of course. Found more heavy duty boxes and packing tape. Unfortunately, we continue to guess how many more boxes and packing tape that we need as we pack up our home for the big move to KY. We found the price of the packing paper a bit high and not great quality. Otherwise, we are pleased with the prices and availability of the other moving materials.”

“My refrigerator had a small dent in the freezer drawer and I purchased it with the understanding that a new drawer front with be ordered and changed out at no cost. After repeated calls to Thayer and assurances that it was just a supply chain issue, I never received the replacement. Since I had paid for the refrigerator, they had nothing to lose in ignoring me. Very disappointed.Update: True to their word. The freezer door is now dent free! Thanks, from 1 to 5 stars.”
