On the phone the scheduler took my auto insurance policy number and processed the entire thing. No hassle. I dropped the car off at 9AM and they called me at 11AM. The windshield was replaced and camera calibrated. They emailed me a receipt and certificate of calibration. I think the whole process was handled very professionally. Thank you.”
