This box has nowledgeable coaches, a fantastic facility with all the gear you could ever want. In addition, the programming is challenging, scalable a lacks a sense of overtraining seen at some gyms. Keep up the great work!

Dropped in and had a great experience. Coach Donna and the athletes made me feel right at home! Coach Donna is the real deal. She knows how to make you better while keeping you healthy. I'd join this gym in a heartbeat if I lived anywhere close. It should be noted the facility is clean, lots of equipment and has great bathrooms/showers. -Anthony

I live in Sayre and have been driving 50min to workout here, and let me tell you I would drive wherever and however far to keep training here. The coaching is the absolutely best I’ve ever had in my 3+ years of doing CrossFit. I got stringing kipping PU, TTB, dubs as well as KHSPU within less than 1.5 weeks (5 sessions) of doing personal training with the coaches; this is the most progress I’ve made on these movements in years. The personal training sessions are worth every penny, and you truly get your bang for your buck. It’s awesome that they mix up the coaches you work with, because everyone teaches movements slightly differently and all it can take is one cue you’ve never had to finally just get something. The people are friendly. Lots of space and equipment. I can’t say enough good things. This is the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to!!!

I never thought I'd be a Crossfit person, but I found this place and went from doing it once a week to twice a week and now do it every day. It's an incredible safe and supportive space, and at the same time pushes you to do your best. Coaches are excellently trained. I've worked out at boxes all over the country and world and this is the best.

I started at Pallas Fitness in February after years at CrossFit of Ithaca. The COVID shutdown hit and CFI closed. I worked out at home with great online guidance, but my intensity suffered and I missed the bond I experienced working out with fellow athletes.I showed up at Pallas not knowing what to expect and the first workout was life changing. I couldn't be more grateful for the knowledgeable coaching staff and the opportunity to workout in a group again. The last three months at Pallas has been great!Whoever you are---any age, any physical condition--you can do this. You can trust the coaches to guide you. Don't wait. You won't know unless you try. When you take a leap of faith there's always the fear of falling, but what if you fly?

Shortly after moving to Ithaca 4 years ago, I started looking for a new Crossfit box. A colleague of mine highly recommended Pallas Fitness. I decided to check it out and have been a member ever since. I couldn’t be happier; Pallas has surpassed all my expectations. Not only is the coaching second to none, it is also comprised of an incredible, supportive community of inspiring, out-going members from all walks of life. Pallas Fitness has so many options to help you reach your goals…no matter what your current fitness level is!

My favorite fitness community I've ever been a part of. The coaching staff is highly trained, skillful, and supportive. The programming is constantly varied with intention. I love like I can get a stellar workout in for only an hour of my day and see wonderful smiling faces while I'm at it as well as the myriad of ages that come together to sweat! This place changed my life and really made me dive headfirst into functional fitness/CrossFit.

After moving to Ithaca for a new job last summer, I immediately started to look for places where I could get a good workout, meet people and start to settle into my new community. I decided to try out Pallas on a whim and have been enjoying it ever since. Going to class is routinely the best part of my day, and I think it’s one of the main reasons I’ve felt at home in a new place so quickly. The coaches are great, the environment is welcoming, and I’ve gotten even stronger and healthier in the short time that I’ve been a part of CrossFit Pallas. 10/10 would recommend.

BEST gym I've ever been a part of - period. I loved CrossFIt before joining Pallas... now I'm obsessed. Like most I guess, I had a twisty-turny fitness journey before I mustered up the courage to cross the threshold of this CrossFit gym and introduce myself to the owners, Tim and Eamon. Within a week or so I knew I had found the promised land. That was in 2013, and I have loved being a part of this wonderful community ever since. Talented, caring coaches and an inspiring and supportive group of fellow members make this fitness experience stand out. My time at CrossFit Pallas truly is “the best hour of my day,” and I would encourage ANYONE who wants to move better and be a better human to give it a try. Regrets? Sure: that CrossFit wasn’t a thing when I was 20 and that I didn’t join CrossFit Pallas until a few months after they opened. Don’t wait!
