The Shops at Ithaca is a shopping mall with a mix of stores and dining options. It features a Mexican restaurant with table service and Sicilian Delight pizza, along with a Subway in the food court. The mall has a one-mile walking trail, making it a popular spot for exercise. However, many store spaces are empty, and some well-known stores like Bed Bath & Beyond are leaving. The mall also houses Cayuga Health services in a part of the building. The overall atmosphere is somewhat gloomy, especially since much of the mall feels empty and outdated. The management, led by a dedicated general manager, strives to keep the mall running smoothly and create a welcoming environment. Despite its issues, the mall remains a place where people come for walking or to visit the few remaining stores. It reflects the typical experience of many U.S. malls, balancing moments of good dining and community use with challenges from declining retail occupancy.
Few businesses, medical services center. Potholes deep enough for Volkswagons to play hide and seek.

Mall is suffering, anchor stores, Target, Best buy, Regal, Michaels. and a couple of good restaurants and shops keeping it alive. Half of it's a medical center now. Come for Sicilian Delight they have great pizza. Zocalo is an excellent Mexican restaurant. Great Escapes game store. That's... About it
