It's been years since I've been to the mall and it is so depressing. In the food court there is Subway and Sicilian Pizza remaining alongside the Mexican restaurant that has table service. So much of the mall is empty. Even Bed Bath & Beyond is moving out. Cayuga Health has moved a portion of their services into a part of the mall to include what used to be Cayuga Heart Institute. If it wasn't for Michaels and Target, the mall would certainly shutter.

It's a great pal e to take a toddler to walk around when it's raining. Not so much for the shopping though.

A good representation of shopping malls in the US. About 30-50 percent of the shop space is empty. Most people who come to the mall come for a walk. I'm sure there are more people in there on a cold snowy day, but otherwise it just makes you gloomy to go there.

Childrens rides in the middle of the walkway don't work, Have tried each ride twice over months long periods of time and left disappointed both times. They look like they work but don't.

The mall is falling apart, selling out to anyone who will buy instead of rent. I still love going to our mall but it's nothing like it was when it was the pyramid mall.

It's a dying mall. There's no food options here so no reason to go.

Most of the stores here are closed or don’t have regular hours. Target seems to be the only draw.

Disappointed, not the typical Target experience I usually enjoy. People were NOT helpful at this location. I decided to decline my purchase when no one could tell me why store personnel walked past me searching for an item. Even when I stopped an associate, they said, "Look it up on your phone!" What! That my friends is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Needed a Starbucks pick me up, so I stopped into Target. It took forever to even get up to order my drink. Thankfully, it was made quickly. With it being the busy season, they should have more than one person working and one person making drinks. I also heard them tell a lot of people that they were out of multiple things.
