“I came to this store to order all the materials for my condo's renovation project, and there have been a lot of unexpected changes along the way. The employees at Lowe's have been incredibly patient and helpful throughout this entire process. Given the complexity of my project, I've had to visit Lowe's more than a dozen times to address various issues, pick up my orders, and handle refunds. There were moments when the staff didn't immediately have all the answers, but they always went the extra mile to seek assistance and never once lost their patience. I'm genuinely grateful for their outstanding support. I doubt I could receive this level of assistance anywhere else.”
