“This is my third or maybe fourth time staying at this property. Really a shame that a recent traveler gave it one star because a guest had a barking dog in an adjacent room. That is not something I have ever experienced at this facility. Nor is it something that deserved a one star. This is a lovely place to stay. Perfectly located to all nearby state parks and attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is always available to help between 8 AM and 8 PM. Love coming back to our room in the early evening to watch the birds get their dinner from the birdfeeder hanging in full view. The grounds are beautiful with trails nearby. They have a fire pit and leave you firewood and s'mores making ingredients. The office building is a nice place to hang out on a rainy day. They have music, board games and coffee. Could not ask for a more friendly staff. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing and clean room.”
“Great stay for parents and kids, Restaurant at the hotel was amazing. Pleasantly surprised as we changed hotels last minute and was a great move! Highly recommend.”

“Great service, great design. My room had a ventilation issue due to it being top floor. Could have been a previous guest with heavy perfume. Wish I could have addressed it while I was there because I didn’t feel quite well after staying there— but that’s my problem that I didn’t bring it up. Other than that it was a lovely place to visit. Love the location.”
“Primarily giving 5 stars because 2 bedroom suite was very spacious for 4 people. Room felt nice and for being right next to the elevator, I could not hear it. Breakfast was eh..”
“Not a bad hotel for the price if you're dropping in to see your kids at college. It's inexpensive and reasonably well maintained. Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were updated. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Great location surrounded by shopping and restaurants.
Gripes? Parking lot was really dark. Need a light out there. No daily maid service so it's fine for a night or two but can be a problem for longer stays. Told at check-in that breakfast on Saturday was until 10am but they broke it down at 9. And the biggest problem was the noise. It looks like when they updated the rooms they replaced the typical noise absorbing carpeting with vinyl plank flooring. There are huge gaps under the doors and sound from the halls echoes into the rooms. Definitely need to stuff a towel under the door to get any sleep.”

“Love this hotel!!!! We were in room 351 so these facts are for that room! LVP floor in room...BIG WIN!! So clean and spacious!!! We had a patio to sit out with our morning coffee. Bed is super comfy!. Spacious room!! Breakfast is offered but not included but we went to The Commons for local flair! Self park at no charge and if lot full they will validate parking at lit across the street. Hotel close to everything! If in Ithaca again this is where I will stay!”
“We booked rooms for the crew in this location for convenience to a job site. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is attentive, helpful, and kind.
The breakfast room is clean and always stocked.
The location is so close to downtown Ithaca where there are shops and restaurants.”
“This was a gorgeous and unique inn. First of all cleanliness was exceptional and service was friendly. The best part were the unique rooms, decor, and the thoughtful coffee / tea station. As a plus they have a beautiful outdoor space with a craft cocktail bar and food truck.”
