“This is my third or maybe fourth time staying at this property. Really a shame that a recent traveler gave it one star because a guest had a barking dog in an adjacent room. That is not something I have ever experienced at this facility. Nor is it something that deserved a one star. This is a lovely place to stay. Perfectly located to all nearby state parks and attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is always available to help between 8 AM and 8 PM. Love coming back to our room in the early evening to watch the birds get their dinner from the birdfeeder hanging in full view. The grounds are beautiful with trails nearby. They have a fire pit and leave you firewood and s'mores making ingredients. The office building is a nice place to hang out on a rainy day. They have music, board games and coffee. Could not ask for a more friendly staff. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing and clean room.”

“This was a gorgeous and unique inn. First of all cleanliness was exceptional and service was friendly. The best part were the unique rooms, decor, and the thoughtful coffee / tea station. As a plus they have a beautiful outdoor space with a craft cocktail bar and food truck.”

“The hotel is not only beautiful and has great facilities, but it also has the best staff and service—I’d give its staff ten stars if I could! From the warm greetings I received on my way in, to the wonderful check-in experience, to their help later with changing rooms and looking for lost items, everyone—from the front desk and concierge to the housekeeping staff—has been not only professional but also incredibly warm, considerate, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for all the care and attention I’ve already received here!:)”

“Just spent 4 nights with my family at the guest house. Janette could not have been nicer while there. The guest house was a perfect size for the three of us. Breakfast was provided for the whole week. The house is in a convenient location to Downtown Ithaca. The house is very quiet and the woods behind the yard create a peaceful setting. If we go back to the area we would stay at the guest house again.”

“Amazing hotel, clean and quiet room, perfect location. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly staff. Hotel backyard is cozy and comfy. We were traveling with our cat and everything went smoothly, they even have special door sign for room with pets! It was so hard to find a place that allows living with cat, so this is incredible Breakfast was not that great, though. Limited choice and not enough plates and forks sometimes. But overall, it wasn't bad”

“I stayed at the Best Western Ithaca while taking my dog to Cornell University Veterinary Hospital. My expectations for a dog-friendly hotel were fairly low, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I’m very sensitive to fragrance and had been concerned after seeing other reviews mention air fresheners, but despite my strong sense of smell, I didn’t notice any fragrance in the room at all. Unfortunately, our Cornell appointment didn’t go as planned, and after driving eight hours to get there, we ended up leaving a day early. I was very surprised and appreciative that Best Western refunded the unused night even though they weren’t obligated to do so. And one last thing, the bed was incredibly comfortable! Overall, I was very impressed with our stay and would absolutely stay here again.”

“The accommodations were satisfactory. I found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable, and the cloud blanket was a notable highlight. I appreciated the opportunity to begin my day at 7:00 AM to enjoy breakfast. The waffle maker and sausages were particularly enjoyable. I also valued the coffee-making station. Overall, I found this establishment to be quite pleasing.”

“Love this hotel!!!! We were in room 351 so these facts are for that room! LVP floor in room...BIG WIN!! So clean and spacious!!! We had a patio to sit out with our morning coffee. Bed is super comfy!. Spacious room!! Breakfast is offered but not included but we went to The Commons for local flair! Self park at no charge and if lot full they will validate parking at lit across the street. Hotel close to everything! If in Ithaca again this is where I will stay!”
