Can't recommend Ithaca Auto enough! Honest folks, great service, never once tried to upsell or bamboozle me; in fact, they went above and beyond on several occasions. Once, while picking up my partner's car, I mentioned that I had a blown spark plug and they checked it for me right there, for free. Another time, after getting service done, the car still wasn't driving right; they took a look at it later that day (same day we picked it up), made a quick adjustment, and didn't charge for the extra service.
Last thing to note, I have a 2013 VW, and it can be hard to find a reasonably priced mechanic (who isn't at a dealership) to work on foreign cars. They handled everything I needed, including a new air compressor, regular oil changes, new brake pads, alignment, and some other things I can't remember.

Wow - I cannot speak highly enough about Ithaca Auto Service. My family has been using them for years because they are so efficient, honest and easy to work with. We had a problem with an older vehicle over the weekend and not only were they able to squeeze us in right away, they also ordered a needed part and completed the repair by the following day at an amazing price.
