The centers feature new inventory and great deals every day, making shopping an exciting adventure where customers never know what they might find. Staff and volunteers are friendly, caring, and provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for visitors. The stores are considered down-to-earth and full of surprises, with many customers enjoying returning regularly. Prices are generally fair, though some clothing items may seem a bit questionable in value. The centers have been especially helpful during difficult times, such as after a flood, with staff offering support like extending credit or helping find useful items at low prices. Overall, the Ithaca ReUse Center is highly appreciated for its friendly staff, great deals, and the positive experience of giving and finding treasures through reuse.
Out of the two locations the downtown seems to be the best of the two I always seem to find something of interest and the prices are fair. Staff is pleasant and the store has a lot to offer. Out of all the secondhand stores in Ithaca this and Thrifty are my go to stops!

Overall, it’s a great place, and my wife and I will definitely be returning. We enjoy visiting thrift stores, and this one is a regular stop for us. While the prices are generally fair for many items, some things do seem a bit overpriced for what they are.
