“This pedestrianized street is always an excellent place I spend time with friends & family. The street is lined with local restaurants, pastries, galleries, hotels, and commercial firms. There is even a small play structure at the centre for children to enjoy. Overall, the atmosphere is fantastic, especially in the busy evenings, where it feels like the whole town is congregating at the heart of downtown. Be sure to arrive by foot or bus, as parking is scarce and costly.”
“I love this Y - have been going since about May and it is a wonderful alternative to the busier gyms. Less packed, good amount of machines, weights, everything you could need. Wonderful cardio room. And don’t sleep on the pool - almost always available for laps - which is a must. Thank you Y, for existing!!
My only potential concern are the young ones that find themselves in the weight room, and weight room etiquette, which most are typically good at reminding others about.”
“They are so Helpful here and I think they would Do anything to help there community. You can get name brand groceries here and you leave with full bags, for Free. I try to go once every month to offset my food bill. This is a Great place with really empathetic staff..”
“I had a really positive experience working with Mandy Caughey. She is genuinely kind, supportive, and truly cares about helping people. I noticed how she treats everyone with respect, not just me, which says a lot about her character.
She provided helpful resources and took the time to make sure I was supported. What stood out to me the most was how happy and encouraging she was when I shared that I quit smoking—it showed me she truly cares about people’s growth.

“Out of the two locations the downtown seems to be the best of the two I always seem to find something of interest and the prices are fair.
Staff is pleasant and the store has a lot to offer.
