“July 2024 this Tops pharmacy is sooo fast at filling prescriptions.
I’ve been using Ithaca downtown Wegman’s Pharmacy for a year, and they’re great helpful staff there, but it can also take days for refills, and at least 1-3 hours if you call directly. I’ve received texts from them that my meds are ready, and when I arrive that same day I still have to wait 15-30 min. for them to finish.
Versus this month now 4 times I’ve left a doctor appointment in downtown Ithaca and called the Tops from the parking lot to see when my med would be ready, and they announce each time it’s already done.
Tops staff isn’t as smiley/friendly as Wegman’s in person at the counter, but they are fast.”

“Was there Saturday, the 8th of August. Was shortly after 9am and the female who took care of me was very, very patient and also very helpful. She was very sweet and smiled alot (which i seldom see). I tried to get her name from her name tag for this post but her long hair covered most of it.
I would love to thank the mystery employee who's name begins with M. for being great, even though my brief anxiety moment. You are appreciated”
“I've had consistently positive experiences with this pharmacy. I think every single one of the pharmacists are helpful and kind and every tech as well. I generally use the drive through and most my interactions are over the phone or going through the drive through. So much better than Wegmans pharmacy or CVS.”

“Love this pharmacy bc the pharmacists! Ive talked with Joel & Debbie (?don't remember her name exactly but think thats what it was) and they were supper helpful! When can't reach the Pediatricians or have a question with dosing they are always helpful & nice. Trust them and value their expertise!
And the store part is fun to especially the sale section ;-)”
“I did have a not so pleasant review on here for Walmart pharmacy it was an error I’m so sorry it was meant for the front of house customer service they’re high school poor attitude and inconveniencing service with their make up rules as they go just because they want to climb up on the pedestal of their throne and be king of poop castle whoever the general Manager is of the store should be ashamed at the management staff in customer service I have seen Discrimination of all kinds and hostile managers towards customers and will no longer shop at this location I will drive 40 minutes out of my way. Thank you to the pharmacy for calling to ask me if they could do anything to change my mind I quickly told the sweet woman that it was my mistake and felt so bad … thank you whom ever u are! They should promote you to management and kick those guys back into where they belong janitorial staff.”

“The most incredibly wonderful people work in the pharmacy here. Whatever Walgreens is paying them is not nearly enough. I had a death in the family that turned my world upside down this week and required me to book an emergency flight out of NYS last minute on the same day my meds were set to be refilled, after 90 days since my last refill. The pharmacist was very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. He offered me options to ensure I wouldn’t have to go without my meds while traveling and helped me coordinate with my doctor to make sure I was covered. (The thin blonde cute guy with glasses) I have also had numerous interactions with the young funny pharmacy tech who works the register (early 20s, has an afro and good sense of humor). I can always count on him to answer any of my questions for OTC meds and to overall have amazing personal skills and keep funny banter while he’s ringing me out. There are a couple other girls (likely in their 30s) who work in the pharmacy that have helped me select nicotine patches while quitting vaping or have rang me out through the window in the drive thru… they’re all always nice and friendly. I was on here to see the pharmacy hours earlier today and saw some negative reviews and it left me confused. These people work hard, barely get breaks and are on their feet all day long. They deserve a good shout out! (And a raise) Thank you, meadow street Walgreens team!!”
“Excellent place! Rarely is it ever crowded and it is always stocked well. Friendly, welcoming employees. An efficient, speedy checkout process. A clean, neat store. The only problem is that it does not contain any restrooms. But on the whole, highly recommended!”

“The location of this pharmacy is not good. It is necessary to walk through the whole Target store to get to it. People picking up meds are doing it because they have a health issue, especially difficult for the elderly. A direct door into that location could easily be done. CVS should do it.”

“Typical CVS. CVS is one of our reliable go-to stores, particularly while traveling. We use our CVS at home too. The stores are typically clean and bright. My experience with staff is that they are helpful and polite, I couldn't ask for more. Keep an eye on the specials and compare national with store brands, best way to save money at CVS. The store brand items are very good quality.”
