βThe staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely an improvement from years past. it always seems busy.
I noticed they also carry the same brands of fresh fruits found at wegmans and Walmart for lessβ

βThis is the no frills no fuss market your grandma experienced. Just great products on a shelf without all the sales promos and gimmicks. There is only one brand of some essentials like Oat milk and they carry their own brands which are generally very good and cheap. I save 20% on my overall food bill by shopping here! Their BEST items are the orange juice, the German coffee, chicken breasts and the cut fruit.β
βI have found that my local Ithaca P&C Fresh has the best meat in town at great prices, and now stocks fresh lamb from a local organic farm. Last week I ordered lamb rib chops for a family celebration from the butcher, Sean. He arranged everything, and all with a smile. The lamb was delivered on Wednesday afternoon, and by 9AM Thursday he had beautiful (and delicious!) chops ready for me -- at about $6 less a pound than Wegman's. Thank you, P&C!β
βGreat local co-op with a few locations around Ithaca. Really superb vegan selections in the prepared foods, the hot bar, cold bar, and sushi. Epic bulk selection and all the other vegan staples you would expect from a large chain like Whole Foods but with much better prices! Local tofu from local soy! βJuly 2024 this Tops pharmacy is sooo fast at filling prescriptions.
Iβve been using Ithaca downtown Wegmanβs Pharmacy for a year, and theyβre great helpful staff there, but it can also take days for refills, and at least 1-3 hours if you call directly. Iβve received texts from them that my meds are ready, and when I arrive that same day I still have to wait 15-30 min. for them to finish.
Versus this month now 4 times Iβve left a doctor appointment in downtown Ithaca and called the Tops from the parking lot to see when my med would be ready, and they announce each time itβs already done.
Tops staff isnβt as smiley/friendly as Wegmanβs in person at the counter, but they are fast.β
βThis Target is kind of great. Itβs easily accessible and large enough to have a wide variety of options. Itβs a one floor target, so it is obviously missing a few sections that, say a two floor target would have. When visited with the mobile app accompanying you, itβs a good experience. The employees are nice too, which is always a plus.β
βGot to this little grocery before it closes for the semester. Small-scale but got very fresh local produce. Price is also significantly cheaper than the bigger grocery store in college town.β

βHad to fill up a cart while visiting the Finger Lakes, and Wegmans had all we needed, plus some fun treats. All staff were super helpful, aisles are neat, and checkout is fast.β
βI've been to this store at least a handful of times and other locations... Its similar to Sam's Club and Costco for half the price... I like that certain items are cheaper than Costco and Sam's club. Buying in bulk is convient and gives you relief to know your food will last much longer which means less having to deal with crowds.. This store in paticular is very clean and kinda hidden from everything.β
βAmazing spot. Lovely little market with a bunch of self-serve fro-yo machines plus toppings! And they use Chobani yogurt which means it's fair trade!! Great person behind the counter too.β

βLove it. Wish the prices were a little closer to a dollar but they have name brand products, that normally you would have to go all the way into town for. I love this store!!! Shop there daily ??β

βWas there Saturday, the 8th of August. Was shortly after 9am and the female who took care of me was very, very patient and also very helpful. She was very sweet and smiled alot (which i seldom see). I tried to get her name from her name tag for this post but her long hair covered most of it.
I would love to thank the mystery employee who's name begins with M. for being great, even though my brief anxiety moment. You are appreciatedβ
βThis BJs is actually one of the nicer ones. It has a bakery, meat counter, and a deli in it. There are things here that aren't at all other BJs. The staff are always kind and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here.β
βI have needed management and cashiers to help me with navigating my new membership. Everyone has been SO kind, patient and helpful!!! It is so easy to shop with such good people to help. I do NOT like that robot; I avoid the whole area where it is.β
βTwo years ago, I changed four tires here. During this period, my tires were punctured several times by iron nails. They helped me repair the tires for free, and even helped me change one tire for free. Their service is really great. I sold my car and bought a new car two days ago. I will come here again when I change my tires next time. A place worth recommending.β
βSo ,this previous lady,who was thinking wrong about me steeleng something,corrects herself,after she seen. And calls my first and last name out in the store,when she realized I ain't doing nothing wrong. So weeks later,I'm like she's cool. I need a head of cabbage,I have no money ,...so I ask her,and she said no,after recognizing me.so I asksomone else,and there like ok. And here she comes telling him he don't have to pay for it....he said,but I want to. And she walked away with some sort of a attitude,which is not. FIT FOR PUBLIC...β
βThe store is great. I was assisted by Nick Williams, who is just a ray of sunshine. He absolutely loves his job goes above and beyond to help customers. it’s really remarkable how much he goes out of the way to make sure each customer is happy with their shopping experience. The very best of customer service. I was purchasing items during the busiest time of year, when kids are moving into Cornell, and nick took all the time I needed to help me locate everything I was looking for. He did it with a huge smile and a total can do attitude.β

βI like chicken sausages, salad dressing, friendly service, fresh food, sparkling tea, ice cream, and the atmosphere they create.
After trying food from the free sample booths, I always followed their recommendations. Really powerful. The staff were very knowledgeable, recommended the right items for me, and shared their stories of daily life or their favorite items, which made my day.
One special thing, this year I can grab the famous tote bags after waiting for a couple of years. I'm so happy.😊β
