“Had extreme difficulty tracking down a very time sensitive package, which UPS reported as delivered to my residence. The staff at this store went above and beyond to get in touch with the UPS warehouse, and they eventually discovered that the package was left on the truck after being scanned as delivered. The driver was able to deliver it later that day. I truly don’t know what I would have done without their help. Amazing service!”
“I got there close to closing, the one guy working there was polite and helpful. The FedEx in the WalGreens on Pine Tree couldn’t mail a package without a QR code, whereas here they could (gasp) read an address and use that to figure out where to send a package.”
