I like going to staples. It one of my favorite stores. I love office supplies. The problem is the staff can sometimes act like they don't want to help you. Or they see you struggling to find something, and don't offer assistance, They could do better.

Staples Team members at Ithaca location are always so friendly! Today, I was greeted with a smile, all of my packages / returns were taken care of timely, I was able to recycle ink & batteries. They are always on top of everything - whenever I have a question they are very knowledgeable. 100% customer service!
