“i absolutely love this plato’s closet location! every time i come in, the customer service is seriously next level. the staff is always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to assist you in finding what you’re looking for. they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible—whether it’s helping me track down a specific size, suggesting pieces that match my style, or just greeting me with a smile when i walk through the door.
their selection is amazing too! everything is super trendy and on point with current styles, so it feels like shopping at a high end boutique but without breaking the bank. the store is always well organized and clean, which makes browsing so easy and fun. i love that they carry so many name brands and unique pieces (i’ve even found concert merch!)
i absolutely love how they post on their instagram story everyday too, it definitely gives the feeling of being informed on what is in the store everyday! i have also been in a few times at a later time in the day, and they’re always able to accommodate me.
