The owner, Ian, really took his time to examine my gait, consider my current sneakers, my current ankle issues, and explore different footwear across a range of sizing options. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his products, as well as the mechanics of movement in the feet, legs and hips. I've been to a number of running shoe stores over the years, but FLX Running Co. truly stands out with their commitment to attention and communication. Ian was also so friendly, laid-back and accommodating. I got the impression that he was more interested in figuring out the most appropriate footwear for my specific issues, rather than making a sale. This place is a gem.”
