“Ian's expertise and true care for his customers are unmatched. My mother and I came into the store each looking for advice on two very different things—me with my first pair of trail runners, her with ongoing foot discomfort partially caused by ill-fitting shoes—and Ian spent at least a half hour with each of us to understand what we were looking for and which shoes would be a good fit (ha). Between the two of us, we must have tried on everything in his inventory, and we both found shoes that we are very happy with!
